sweet and savory coleslaw


 with spring finally kicking in, it's time for fresh summery food:

a sweet and savory coleslaw
with grated carrot, cabbage and garlic,
with chunks of pinapple, apple and raisins,
speckled with blue cheese and yoghurt,
balsamic vinegar and mayonaise...

 Yum!
