lovely lemon bars

made this recipe today, added a tablespoon of cornstarch to the lemon filling and a tablespoon of bakingsoda just before it went into the oven. filling is very nice and soft and just a little bit runny...
you probably have all the ingredients already in your kitchen.

my stand with weed recipes at museum Oud Overschie

museum Oud Overschie has beautiful gardens where we had a little market for de groene loper event. It was a wonderful hot day and I prepared some weed pesto's, with comfrey and elder, and made rocket pancakes for people to taste. For drinks we had elderblossom sirup and rosehip sirup. I also prepared some thymesirup, very nice stuff for a sore throat.
The recipes could be taken home to try it for yourself. It's nice to be able to use the weeds that grow in your garden.
