simple asian lunch (Congee)

boiled rice on a low flame in mutton stock untill very soft, 
added finely chopped fresh ginger, chinese cabbage, 
fried dried onion flakes and mushroom soy sauce.

zucchini carrot bread

1 big carrot, 1/2 zucchini and a small piece of ginger, shredded.
cup of aotmeal, grinded,
cup almond flour,
3 eggs,
pinch of salt and cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil

mix together and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C, untill firm.
