| after cooking the rosehips i blended them to pulp and found the seeds floating on top of the mixture. first used a skimmer and then diluted the pulp with water to pass it through the sieve better. |

| sterilizing the jars with hot water and soda and filling with hot mixture of rosehips, 1 apple, lemonjuice and sugar. |
