buttermilk bread

very easy and tasty bread:
1 kg flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 liter buttermilk

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon, add the buttermilk and stir shortly untill combined.
pour in baking tin and put in preheated over at 240 degrees c. after 10 minutes put oven on 200 degrees c, and bake for another 40 minutes.
