dandelions
getting the garden back into summer-shape and removing lots of dandelions untill i got blisters on my hands. googled the weed and found that it may be better to eat it than throw it in the compost-bin:
On an herb trip one of the instructors had a printed T-shirt that said ” If you can’t beat em eat em”. This is referring to the plant with the yellow flowers that appear in the spring time. Flowers that open with the morning sun and close in the evening and in gray weather.
By the way – spring time is time to clean our liver not just our house.
Our Dandelion, considered an obnoxious, annoying weed that won’t go away despite our efforts to eradicate it.

Roman Ondak performance in Moma
Viewers play a vital role in the creation of Measuring the Universe (2007), by Slovakian artist Roman Ondák (b. 1966). Over the course of the exhibition, attendants mark Museum visitors' heights, first names, and date of the measurement on the gallery walls. Beginning as an empty white space, over time the gallery gradually accumulates the traces of thousands of people.

Oerol Terschelling locationscouting
a beautiful location to build my camera obscura in June... a nice view is important as this is going to be part of the work, the projection inside.
